Rockwall turns 3. Dallas turns 1. 🌮🥳

What started as a crazy idea among friends has turned into something we’re incredibly proud of—a thriving business built on hard work, long days, stress… and then a little more stress. 😂

From day one, we made a promise: don’t cut corners. Use the best ingredients we can get our hands on. Make great food every single day. Take care of our customers. And surround ourselves with great people.

None of this happens without our incredible team—and especially Nick, our co-owner and Director of Operations, who has been in the trenches every step of the way helping turn that crazy idea into reality.
