IYKYK. How fun to have a LITERAL rock star join us for lunch today with his sweet pup Kaya. He literally said he had a way of sniffing out great restaurants, and just called out to him as being one. .geoffroy, former Chef de Cave of Dom Pérignon and founder of IWA Sake was in town last night to showcase his beautiful IWA Sake, and our sweet friends from asked us to help pair some bites to go with them.

What an absolute inspiration to hear Monsieur Geoffroy speak and learn how his career took him from physician to champagne maker, and now to sake producer.
