Our seasonal menu features a new lineup of summer dishes, each thoughtfully prepared by Chef Terry with the finest ingredients of the season and the quality you know us for. From fresh pasta and scallops to wild caught halibut and Big Glory Bay salmon, there is something new to enjoy on your next visit.
Wild Caught Halibut
Finished with a delicate Gruyère crust and served with asparagus, blistered heirloom tomatoes, and parsley beurre blanc.
Big Glory Bay Salmon
From Stuart Island, New Zealand. Pan-seared fillet served with truffled potato velouté, tied heirloom vegetables, and chive oil.
Summer Pappardelle Pasta
Fresh pasta with lump crabmeat, roasted corn, asparagus tips, tomatoes, torn basil, and roasted red pepper cream sauce.
MA Jumbo Scallops
Pan-seared and served with grilled zucchini ribbons and saffron beurre blanc.
