A small farm with a practical purpose.

At Mellody Farm in Vernon Hills, IL, the MicroHabitat Urban Farm adds something meaningful to the center experience beyond what visitors might expect from a shopping destination.

It creates a visible connection between fresh food, local giving, and the shared spaces people pass through every day.

A project with local meaning.

The Village at Seven Pines represents more than a new open-air center in Jacksonville, FL. As the future home of our headquarters, it reflects a long-term commitment to a community we believe in and are proud to keep growing alongside.

Art makes everyday spaces feel more personal.

Across our centers, public art adds local character people can see in the details. It gives each center a stronger sense of place and helps the experience feel more connected to the neighborhood around it.

Wellness supports the way teams work together.

Across Regency, making time to move, connect, and recharge helps strengthen relationships beyond the day-to-day. That connection carries back into how our teams collaborate, support one another, and serve their communities.

Nature gives this artwork its point of view.

Inspired by Atlanta’s botanical landscape, the mural brings a softer visual moment to Buckhead Landing in Atlanta, GA. The artwork adds warmth to the center experience while giving visitors another way to notice the natural character woven through the city.

Meeting growth with everyday relevance.

Redlands Marketplace will bring our grocery-anchored approach to one of the Inland Empire’s fast-growing residential communities, with plans for an open-air center shaped around daily needs, local routines, and a sense of place.

Where the details invite people to stay.

Across our centers, gardens and landscaped spaces help shape a more thoughtful experience, creating environments that feel rooted in the character of the surrounding community. From quiet green moments to places designed for gathering, these spaces help our centers feel more connected to everyday neighborhood life.

Building the next generation takes intention.

Regency’s approach to early-career development is about creating pathways into the industry, expanding access, and helping future professionals feel equipped to grow. It’s one more way we invest in people, not just places.

A tenant mix planned with purpose.

At The Village at Seven Pines in Jacksonville, FL, the lineup is being shaped around how people use a center throughout the day. As construction continues, our focus remains on creating a place that supports daily routines while giving the broader area more reasons to visit.

"Doing what is right" is the value Lisa Palmer says has held Regency together for 30 years — from her first day in 1996 when the company owned about 30 properties, to her role today as President and CEO of a portfolio of nearly 500.

In between: a decade in Capital Markets, six years as CFO, and the added title of President in 2016, a role she's held through becoming CEO in 2020.

Her belief hasn't moved once in three decades: the company can change everything about itself, but at its core, it stays the same. Ask anyone who's worked with her and they'll tell you the same thing: she means it.

Hear Lisa talk about getting in on the ground floor, why she never left, and what still makes her excited to show up to work every day, in the latest 'Regency Milestones' anniversary spotlight video.

Growth works best when it’s shared.

From the first plans to the places people use every day, our work is about creating opportunities that support merchants, neighborhoods, and long-term community value. When the people around our centers succeed, the bigger picture gets stronger.
