Siara went above and beyond last week, consistently showing initiative and a willingness to help wherever she was needed. One thing that stands out about Siara is that she doesn’t need much direction. She recognizes what needs to be done and simply gets it done. As a busser, she continues to demonstrate reliability, independence and a strong work ethic.
Beyond her work, Siara has a unique sense of humor and personality that make her a great addition to the team. That ability to be herself while still taking care of business is something that will carry her well beyond Café Momentum.
Jeremiah showed what it truly means to be dependable and ready for whatever the team needs. When a last-minute opportunity came up to assist with catering, he didn’t hesitate to step in. Although he primarily works in the back of house, he already had his black pants available and was prepared to work a front-of-house event. That level of preparation speaks volumes about his commitment.
What made his efforts even more impressive was that he returned the very next day and worked a full shift, handling both catering responsibilities and the dish pit during brunch. Despite a demanding workload and limited assistance, Jeremiah never complained. He simply put his head down and got the job done.
