Well... this was a pretty cool surprise.
We’re honored to be included in the Dallas Observer’s Top 50 Bars in Dallas alongside so many incredible establishments that make this city what it is. To be mentioned in the same conversation as these neighborhood institutions and new favorites is something we don’t take lightly.
Leaving our home on Elm Street after nearly a decade wasn’t easy. But when we moved to Commerce, our goal wasn’t to become something different. It was to bring everything people loved about Brick & Bones with us, while creating room for what’s next.
A lot has changed. A lot has stayed exactly the same.
You’ll still find the cocktails. You’ll still find our Mexican-inspired fried chicken. You’ll still find the familiar faces, the conversations, and the laid-back atmosphere that’s always made this place feel like home.
We’ve also added a few new things to the mix & more to come. Sports watch parties with seven TVs and game sound on when it matters. Sunday BRICK HOUSE BRUNCH. Live music. More events. More reasons to stop by, whether it’s your first visit or your first one in a few years.
Like every business in Deep Ellum, we’re constantly figuring out how to adapt while staying true to who we are. Our goal has always been simple: be the best neighborhood spot we can be for the people who walk through our doors. We want Brick & Bones to be a place where you can relive old memories, make new ones, and enjoy Deep Ellum the way it was meant to be experienced.
Commerce St construction still greets us every day. Along with our neighbors on , we’re looking forward to the day the barricades, fencing, and piles of dirt finally disappear, and our block can fully come alive. We know that day is coming. It can’t get here soon enough. Until then, we’re here.
