Fairhope, AL - Cookie Edition
A month later, I’m still thinking about three wonderful weeks in Fairhope, Alabama – a charming, utopian town on the Eastern Shore between Mobile and Gulf Shores, where my Mom and Dad are from respectively. There is a connection to this place, I cannot explain.

Of course I couldn’t go without taking a little Le Gourmet along for the ride! Our Fairhope Cookies traveled with me to a few of my favorite stops– my own version of flat Stanley.

Over the next weeks, I’ll share a more of Fairhope, the people, the food, the sunsets on Mobile Bay, and some of the moments that made this trip so memorable but First… The Fairhope Cookie Tour!
