Norma's Cafe took the top spot when Dallas readers named the one restaurant they'd eat at for a year, landing 14 mentions and beating Ojeda's and Campisi's by a single vote. The Oak Cliff diner has been serving blue-plate specials, scratch biscuits and pie since the 1950s. 🥞🍓
