A healthy burger can easily be sabotaged by a high fat, high calorie condiment, so its important to pay attention not just to whats in the bun, but whats on the bun too. Ketchup and BBQ sauces are loaded with high fructose corn syrup, a tablespoon of mayonnaise has around 100 calories, and ranch dressing is full of fat.

unless you're talking about a sandwich that actually is a hamburger (grilled/broiled ground meat patty) made from ground chicken, which is the only time it would actually be a “chicken burger.” Hamburger, assuming it's made of a grilled/broiled patty of ground beef.
