Hello Dalhart!!

We have some very unfortunate news. Our food delivery service misplaced our groceries and we cannot open this weekend. It is in Lubbock and we do not have the time to pick up and then prep all of our food. I am so incredibly disappointed we cannot serve you Italian food this week. Please forgive us and come see us the next time we open!

Hello all! We have had a crazy busy May 🤪 we miss yall!

We will be open this weekend, May 17th and 18th from 5-8! 902 Tennessee in Dalhart.

We have some great new menu items that are insanely delicious in our opinion 🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼 plus cannolis, pizza, meatballs and spaghetti, and salad!

And Dalhart, you did it again. Our specialty dessert of cookie butter tiramisu was completely sold out last night. But don’t fret because everybody’s favorite donuts will be up for grabs. Zeppoli tossed with cinnamon, powdered sugar, drizzled with dark chocolate, and served with cream cheese, dipping icing.

Pizza al Taglio 🍕🍝🌶️🇮🇹🍰🥬

Our pie demand has shot through the roof and to keep our amazing customers moving in a timely manner, our new regular crust pizza will be inspired by the streets of Rome!

A cross between a deep dish and pan pizza, this rectangular pie is the exact same in every ingredient. In fact, it even weights a bit more than our original pizza.
we cut our baking time in half, while retaining the same quality and taste 🍕🍕🍕🍕🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼🤌🏼

We are still offering cauliflower crust for our gluten-free, low-carb, keto, and thin crust lovers!

We will be open this weekend on Friday and Saturday 5 to 8, and stay tuned because we still have a few tricks out our sleeve for this week 😆

Happy Saturday my friends! I’m getting on today to ask a couple questions and get some feedback.

The trailer has had an upswing of customers in the last month and we are brainstorming ways to better serve you. We have came up with a Roman style pizza called Pizza al Taglio. So far, has surpassed all taste tests and expectations. It’s a rectangle shaped pizza that has a focaccia crust — like a cross between deep dish and pan pizza.

This change would cut our pizza cooking time roughly in half. It still has the same high quality ingredients, just a different method of preparation.

Would yall be extremely opposed to this change???

We would NOT be changing our cauliflower crust offering for anyone who is gluten free, keto, or low carb.
