We’re letting the Stag roam this Saturday. 🔥

We will be CLOSED this Saturday, October 3rd, but you can find us in downtown Eagle Grove at the Eagle Grove Chamber of Commerce's 3rd Annual Meat in the Street BBQ Competition & Fall Fest.

We’ve got some titles to defend, BBQ to cook, and probably a few questionable decisions to make along the way.

There’s BBQ. There’s drinks. There’s music. There's shopping. There’s fall fun. Come hang out, eat some BBQ, and vote for your favorite team!

We need a good laugh around here. So let's have some fun! 😁

You guys are always asking, “So how did you come up with the name The Blind Stag?”

And this is a little embarrassing, but there’s no epic backstory. 🫣 No great moment of inspiration. No brilliant naming strategy.

So we’re making one, with your help of course! Introducing: THE BLIND STAG MAD-LIB CHALLENGE!

We’ve got the basic story. You fill in the chaos. Drop your answers to the blanks in the comments and help us create 'The Officially Unofficial Story of The Blind Stag'.

A little heads-up for this Thursday, September 10th: The Stag is pulling double duty for the night—Tyler and Brooke will be in downtown Humboldt with the food, while cold drinks will be waiting for you back at The Stag. 🏈🍻 😉

🦌🍔Find Tyler and Brooke serving food at the CY-HAWK Rivalry in downtown Humboldt! Whether you’re wearing cardinal and gold or black and gold, stop by, say hi, and grab something tasty.

🍸🥃Meanwhile, back at The Stag, the bar will open at 4 PM. The kitchen will be closed, but the drinks will be cold!
