Dessert Alert 🚨 Calling all banana lovers!

Our Bananas Foster, a famously New Orleans dessert, is flambéed in creme de coco caramel sauce and served with vanilla ice cream.

🍌 The dish was created in 1951 by Ella Brennan, of the famous Brennan’s restaurant in New Orleans, and the restaurant’s chef Paul Blangé.
In the 1950’s, New Orleans was the major port of entry for bananas shipped from Central and South America. The influx of bananas tasked Blangé to include bananas in a new culinary creation.
The dessert is named after Richard Foster who was the head of the crime commission in New Orleans at the time and a great customer of Brennans.

⚜️Our Brunch Special is a Boudin Hash Wrap. A Cajun potato hash with peppers, onions, boudin sausage, and scrambled eggs in a flour tortilla. Served with grits.

⚜️Our Lunch Special is the Scarlett Snapper Banh Mi Sandwich. Grilled Snapper, Vietnamese pickled veggies (carrots, radish, and Jalapeño) topped with a citrus aioli and spring mix on French bread served with French fries.

⚜️Our Lunch Special is a Taco Salad with seasoned ground beef, fresh made pico de gallo, roasted corn, guacamole and topped with a chipotle ranch dressing served in a jumbo flour tostada shell.
