Good news! We've kinda, sorta fixed the Christmas in Narnia reservation problem! You can book on the reservation page at the website www.wafflesenglishtearoom.com. You can reserve your day and tea seating. ( Nov 27th to Dec 21 Thursday thru Monday 11am and 1.30pm) Please make sure that you add how many in your party are under 12 and require the Children's Tea. You are also able to request the Gluten Free version for Children and Adults. There is a space for anything additional you would like to add.Once you have booked you will get a confirmation. I will then email you the invoice for the event.
Just click on the 'reservation' tab at the website. Do not worry if you do not get an invoice right away ( that is the kinda, sorta, fixed bit) I will be doing each of those manually, you will get a link in an email for that.
Full Refunds will be given if reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours before your reservation.

I hate to post this again but the reservation system for the Christmas Tea is still down. We are not the only ones experiencing this issue. The company are aware of the problem ( they are probably fed up with me contacting them!) and they are working on it. As SOON as it gets fixed I will announce here but with a holiday weekend coming up I'm suspecting I won't hear anything until Monday.
Please bear with us!

***Update - still working on the issue - not just us, others with the same reservation system have issues, we promise that as soon as it is resolved we will post here*** 7/1/26 2pm

We are so sorry, we know there is a glitch in the reservation system for the 'Christmas in Narnia' Tea. Please be assured out Tech Elves are working on the problem. I will post here once it is fixed! We are getting a lot of messages asking to reserve, please be patient with us as we work through this! As a wise badger in Prince Caspian said 😉
"The help will come. I stand by Aslan. Have patience, like us beasts. The help will come. It may be even now at the door."
