Greetings, Neighbors! ❤️
As we wrap up our second week at The Roost Market Cafe, we want to take a moment to say thank you. The love, support, and kindness we've received from the Dade City community has been more than we could have ever imagined. From familiar faces stopping by each day to new friends discovering us for the first time, every visit means the world to us. Thank you for making us feel so welcome and helping The Roost Market Cafe feel like home.
Today we'd like to introduce you to one of our favorite breakfast offerings—the Morning Glory.
Two perfectly poached eggs served over garlic toast with fresh tomatoes and avocado, drizzled with extra virgin olive oil and fresh lemon juice, then finished with shaved Parmesan cheese, basil, and cracked black pepper.
This dish holds a special place in my heart. When I was a young boy, my Nonna would prepare a version of it for my Nonno and me on Saturday mornings before we headed out to work in his garden. Every bite brings back memories of family, tradition, and simpler times.
We are honored to share a little piece of those memories with you.
The Morning Glory is served daily from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
