Due to high demand, Gino and Sadie have opened their kitchen to friends and family near and far to enjoy their family's famous Italian and Spanish baked goods!

Gino's late grandmother, Obdulia Noriega, was known for her famous restaurant, "Obi's Sandwich Shop" in West Tampa for over 10 years! In addition to her award winning Cuban Sandwich, her most popular specialty was her Cuban Ham!

Gino and Sadie have made it possible to to enjoy Obi's Ham once again! Additionally, if you have had the pleasure of eating Gino's famous cookies you know how amazingly delicious they are as well as his mother's famous guava pastries!

Through this page, you can place orders for Obi's Hams, Gino's Gourmet Cookies, and The Collura's famous Guava Pastries. We are limited to the volume of orders we will take as each dish is carefully prepared to order and made with tons of love that has been passed down from several generations.

We hope you enjoy our family's treasured dishes as much as we do! Orders are made via messenger. Orders can be picked up and depending on the location we can meet you with your order.

It is important that you order at least a week in advance so Gino and Sadie have the appropriate amount of time to prepare.

Important note: Gino and Sadie ALWAYS bake with immense love, laughter, and really good music in the kitchen...it's contagious so prepare yourself accordingly ;-)
