Scott & Shelley at Friends Cu***ng Grill would like to address some items that have been circulating. First, yes, we are opened and up and running.
Secondly, we take the health and safety of our guests seriously, and we want our customers and the community to know that.
For more than six years, Friends Cu***ng Grill has consistently earned an “A” rating on our health inspections. We are proud of that, but we also understand that every inspection is important and that we must always meet the highest standards of food safety.
During our most recent inspection in Cu***ng location, we were cited for temperature-related and other issues. We took those concerns seriously and acted immediately. We have purchased and installed new refrigeration units to address the temperature issues so that our food is being stored at the proper temperatures. As well, all other issues have been taken care of.
We are a true mom-and-pop restaurant, and our customers are more than just customers to us. They are our friends, neighbors, families and members of the community we have been fortunate enough to serve for years. We take tremendous pride in the food we serve and in taking care of the people who walk through our doors.
We would also like to apologize for our recent shortcomings. At the same time, we appreciate the confidence our customers have placed in us over the years. And we will continue working every day to earn that confidence. The health and safety of our guests will always come first at Friends Cu***ng Grill. Like all other challenges, we believe that this latest challenge will allow us to learn from it and make us better operators and continue to be one of the best gathering places in Cu***ng for food and drink.
