RootsTable is hiring a Restaurant Manager.

We cook Western Maryland as a regional cuisine in its own right: ramps, trout, buckwheat, sorghum, heritage pork, and the food of the people who built this region. Every plate is served at a fine-dining level, inside a working art gallery with its own live music stage.

We need someone to own the dining room. You'll lead the service and bar team, run the floor every night, work side by side with our Chef, and make sure every guest hears where their food comes from.

Looking for: restaurant management experience (fine dining a plus), strong w**e and spirits knowledge, and real curiosity about Appalachian food history.

Pull up a chair, pour a glass. Our w**e collection was built to sit alongside Appalachian cooking, with plenty to open by the glass and a reserve list when the night calls for it.
