We want to wish our nephew Travis a very Happy 26th Birthday today‼️ If you know Travis, you know he is one very special young man. And if you don’t know him believe me you would fall in love with him. He has endured so much in the past 26 years. But God love his sweet, precious heart he is always smiling. God chose Travis with the most amazing parents ever. They all are blessings to us. Enjoy your day Travis! I'm sitting at Bailey's Hoagie Shop this evening with sadness in my heart...Myra and I have decided that in the best interest of us and our family we are going to have to close the Hoagie Shop...this is not a decision that has been easy or made in haste...we have prayed and struggled with this decision but feel it is best for all of us at this time...I am thankful that the Lord has allowed us to be able to do this...I prayed for this to happen and we were blessed to be open for over a year and a half and to be able to have employees and to bless many more people...the times that we are living certainly hasn't been on our side any at all...the price of our products, utilities, food and just general every day expenses far exceeded what we are bringing in...so as a business decision we have decided to cut our losses and close up...when the owners are having to spend too much of their own money which affects things they need to live then something needs to change...we are so thankful to our employees...we have the best group ever...they have stuck with us and been totally committed to us and we are so blessed to have them...we are very thankful to Charlotte and Merle for having the faith in us to even take this on...they told us from day one that this would be the most difficult thing we have ever done, and they were right...I truly hate that we have let them down...we want to thank our many devoted customers that have continually came to us to laugh and enjoy our dining room and our food...you will truly be missed...we want to thank our family for their total support and love through everything...I personally want to thank Myra for always being there for me and supporting me even when I come up with some of the craziest ideas...among them running a restaurant...plus her health has not been the best…Again I want to thank everyone for you support...we truly love all of you...keep us in your prayers as we go forward...the last day that we will be serving food will be March 30th...March 31st will be closing day and we will not serve food...thank you again...Wes and Myra Bailey and our kids
