To our incredible community,
We couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve created at Herbie Burger. It’s been our mission to prove that caring about the welfare of animals and our planet and enjoying delicious, satisfying food are not mutually exclusive.
We began this journey as a ghost kitchen. While it allowed us to share our house-made vegan menu with a wider audience, we discovered that it is not the right model for our customers, for our brand and for us personally. We’ve decided not to renew our lease and will be closing our Culver City kitchen next week.
We are in awe of all of the support we’ve received over the last year as we’ve brought this concept to life. We are so grateful to each of you for your love and encouragement. Hearing your comments, your cheers and even your critiques made it worth all of the hard work and struggle. We're so lucky to have had this initial opportunity and we’re excited to figure out what comes next.
Our last official day of service will be Tuesday, March 21st but could vary slightly depending on how quickly we sell out of our current stock. Please continue to follow us here for updates on the next iteration of our brand. Thank you so much for all of your support and kindness.
