Please note that we will not be serving a lunch special on Labor Day, Monday, September 7. The rest of the store will still be open normal hours, so come on by anyway and grab a sandwich, some ice cream, and your cookout supplies! 🌭

Have you ever seen someone making a waffle cone before? 🍦

Step 1: Mix the batter.
Step 2: Pour a scoop of batter on the hot waffle iron.
Step 3: Close the waffle iron and have some patience. (It will start smelling incredible at this point!)
Step 4: Open the waffle iron and gently peel the waffle off.
Step 5: Place the waffle on the mold and shape the cone.
Step 6: Practice some more patience and let it cool.
Step 7: Remove the waffle cone from the mold and admire your handiwork.
Step 8: Fill with some ice cream and enjoy!

Mondays at The Ole Country Store mean it's time for our most popular lunch special: Roast Beef! 😋

Creamy homemade mashed potatoes, sliced pot roast, rich gravy, Southern green beans with country ham, and a soft dinner roll make up this lunch special. There's nothing like good old-fashioned comfort food to start your week off right! 😊

We serve this every Monday from 11am to 2pm, while supplies last. Can't make it in time? Give us a call and we'll set one aside for you to pick up this afternoon!
