or its equally terrifying cousin…

“Would you mind if we just add a few things..."

Because we all know there is absolutely NOTHING “just” about what comes next.

Add 12 people? Move the time? Change the entire menu? JUST one tiny little thing?

Ma’am. Respectfully. My eye is twitching.

It’s busy season. The kinda busy where I set alarms for bathroom breaks and lunch.

I love you. I really do. 💕 But if your email or text starts with any of these lines... just know I'm reading the rest with my eyes closed. 🙈

One of my favorite things about Culpeper is getting to support other people doing what they love. There is something special about watching someone pour their heart into their business, their art, and their craft.

Tonight I had the honor of making snacks for Kat Tines After Hours pop-up gallery!

We have SO much talent tucked into this little town, and I love getting to see people create, collaborate, and cheer each other on.

Feeling pretty lucky tonight to be part of a community full of people brave enough to make beautiful things and put them out into the world. ❤️

And Kat… I’m still a little obsessed with you 😂

Hello, October. 🍂

As much as I love summer, once October 1st rolls around, I’ll officially allow fall to move in. I will still absolutely complain the second I’m cold, that is inevitable.

Fall also means wedding season is in FULL swing over here at Court’s Kitchen, and the next several weeks (MONTHS) are going to be a whole lot of time spent in the kitchen creating, prepping, and making delicious foods for some special days!

Things are busy... like, REALLY busy, but I’m still here creating for all of you, too.

New ideas, seasonal goodies, fun little pop-ups… you know I can never just stay in my lane and make one thing.

So cheers to October, crazy wedding season, kitchen chaos, and pretending I’m excited about sweater weather.
