Stephen Witt was born in West Palm Beach, Florida and grew up coming to the mountains since he was a boy. Stephen always wanted to move to the mountains and had the opportunity to move to Highlands, North Carolina in 2019 where he began his hospitality career at Old Edwards Hospitality Group. Stephen Witt became the first, successful, personal concierge where he created and executed services within Old Edwards Inn and Half Mile Farm. Stephen Witt has learned from the best & finest restaurants in the Southeast. Stephen has trained at Café Boulud & Café L’Europe in Palm Beach, Florida and Madison’s Restaurant in Highlands, North Carolina.
