After much thought and consideration, we want to share that September 26, 2026 will be our last day of business.

While closing our doors is never an easy decision, we are incredibly excited about what comes next. We believe this space has an opportunity to bring something new that better fits the needs of our guests and our community, and we can’t wait to share more with you as plans come together!

Most importantly, we want to take a moment to thank our incredible staff. The last couple of years have been filled with hard work, dedication, memories, and so many moments shared with our guests. We are incredibly grateful for everything our team has contributed and for the role they have played in making this place what it has been.

And to all of our guests and supporters, thank you. Thank you for dining with us, celebrating with us, supporting us, and becoming part of our story. We truly appreciate every visit and every memory made along the way.

We’re looking forward to this next chapter and to bringing something exciting to the community. Stay tuned! We’ll be making announcements about what’s coming to the space as plans develop!

MEET THE TEAM! 🙌

This is Heather.☀️ She began her work here at Wissota Chophouse in October of 2025 as a Server and Bartender and immediately her bright personality, genuine caring nature, attention to detail and attentive service made her an amazing addition to our team.

Since she started here, she’s captured the essence of what we stand for and contributed to our team by always striving for growth, consistency, excellent service and innovation. Everyone she serves absolutely loves her and regularly leave reviews mentioning her by name. With her extensive experience as a server and wonderful bartending skills, she truly is such an asset and integral part of our little Wissota family. 🙌
