MEET THE TEAM! 🙌

This is Josie. ✨ She began her work here at Wissota Chophouse in May of 2025 as a server and we quickly saw that her genuine, warm and upbeat personality brought something truly special to our team.

She’s an excellent server with years of experience and during her time at Wissota, she’s been developing her skills as a bartender as well. All of her guests absolutely adore her and she’s had some of the most reviews in Wissota staff history, where guests often mention her by name, highlighting her exceptional service. She makes genuine connections every single day here and her upbeat attitude is such a light within our Wissota family. ☀️

🍽️ Her favorite menu item: Our current Creamy Steak Pasta feature but year-round it’s the Wissota Burger!
🍹 Her go-to drink recommendation: the Blackberry Lavender Mule OR The Toasted Almond Martini.
💚 Her favorite thing about working at Wissota: The people- both employees and guests! The employees are her friends and she loves learning about our guests and where they’re from as we get people from all over!

MEET THE TEAM! 🙌

This is Dale 🎶 He began his work here at Wissota Chophouse in May of 2025 with a background in leadership, passion for creating delicious food and dependable work ethic.

He quickly stepped up into our Sous Chef position, utilizing his skills and developing further as a dedicated Chef. Everyone knows that you can taste the difference when it's made from the heart and his dishes prove it! 🔥

💡What inspires him: Creating unique dishes that make people happy.
💚 His favorite thing about working at Wissota: His co-workers. 🙏

His recipes have featured on our menu multiple times throughout his time here and always get great reviews from our customers.

Through challenging himself and encouraging others to make improvements every day, he has shown that he is an incredible asset to our team and that's just a few reasons why Dale became such a significant and highly cherished member of our little Wissota Family! 💕
