A Chapter Comes to an End ❤️
With heavy hearts, we want to share that Southbound Grill will be closing our doors at 1604 N. Esplanade.
We truly apologize for the short notice and for not giving everyone a little more time to prepare for this change. This was not an easy decision, and it is one we have spent a lot of time thinking about. Sometimes life takes you in directions you didn’t expect, and right now, our family needs a little more of our time and attention. We want the opportunity to slow down, spend more time with our son, and be present for the moments that matter most.
At the same time, new opportunities are beginning to arise for Southbound Grill and the food trailer, and we feel it is time to explore where those opportunities may take us.
But this is NOT the end of Southbound Grill. ❤️
We are incredibly thankful to have already had other local businesses welcome us and give us the opportunity to set up on their properties for pop-up food events. We are excited to continue serving our community in a different way and hope to see many of your familiar faces along the way.
And yes — our BBQ sales will continue! 🔥
The response to our BBQ has been absolutely incredible, and knowing how much everyone has enjoyed it means more to us than we can put into words. We will continue bringing those BBQ sales back, so this definitely won’t be the last you hear from us.
Looking back at our time at 1604 N. Esplanade, we are filled with gratitude. Every order, every conversation, every returning customer, every new face, and every person who supported us along the way helped make Southbound Grill what it is today.
Thank you for believing in us, supporting our small business, sharing our posts, bringing your families, and allowing us to feed yours. We will never take that for granted.
This is the end of one chapter, but it is also the beginning of something new. We are excited to see where this next chapter takes Southbound Grill, our family, and our food trailer.
