"I choose the Western omelet because that was the first item I ordered the first time we went to the Biscuit Barn. My husband and I have been going here for awhile now. I've tried almost everything on the menu and everything is delicious 😋. The owners are such nice people. The servers are all so nice. We look forward ever Thursday to come for breakfast. "We visited The Biscuit Barn on a busy Sunday morning with a family of seven. Even though the restaurant was packed and there was a wait, we were pleasantly surprised by how quickly we were seated.

The food was excellent, and the biscuits absolutely lived up to the hype—they were fresh, fluffy, and delicious. I ordered the Avocado Biscuit, and it was fantastic. If I ordered it again, I'd add an extra egg, but that's just a personal preference.

My kids ordered the Golden Waffle and all agreed it was the best waffle they've ever had! Everyone in our group enjoyed their meal, and the service kept up well despite how busy it was.

We had a great experience and will definitely be back. Highly recommend The Biscuit Barn if you're in Crystal River!"
