We have been informed that some people read our hiring post and took it VERY seriously.

So, for clarification:

We are not actually a cult.
There are no robes.
There is no compound.
No one has surrendered their worldly possessions.
And employees ARE permitted to leave the building. 😂

We encourage family time and practically stand on our heads to accommodate everyone’s schedules, hence the reason we’re currently looking for someone who actually WANTS to work weekends. 😂

Please read the whole post before you tell us you are perfect for the job.

We are looking for an experienced Server with extensive bartending experience for Friday, Saturday and Sunday.

Friday, Saturday and Sunday are not suggestions.

Please do not apply saying "I have Completely open availability" only to discover once hired that you can't work Friday nights, Saturdays are your family day, you need every Sunday off. You have a standing commitment you somehow forgot existed.

We would prefer your resume not resemble the Citrus County Restaurant & Bar Directory. If you have worked at 14 restaurants in the last 3 years and every single manager has been "toxic", every owner was "crazy" and every place "had drama" there just might be a common denominator. Applicants must be able to show at least two years with a previous employer in a high-volume position.

Why are we picky? Because our staff is basically a cult. Not an actual cult, they don't wear robes. People come here to stay. Many of our amazing team have been here for years and even though we have numerous doors no one has figured out how to escape.

We work hard. We get slammed. We help each other. We laugh. We occasionally want to strangle each other. Then we come back tomorrow and do it all over again.
