Opened in 2012 with a New York Style Push Cart. Relocated in 2013 to the corner of Norvel Bryant (Hwy 486) and Dunkinfield at the Advanced Auto Parts. Changed from the New York Style Cart to a White Chevy Van. The hot dog cart pulled out from the rear, soda and chips were available at the side door opening. This was great for a couple years but still left Uncle Jimmy subject to the weather conditi

ons. Many days were too windy, too cold, or rained. His new truck is fully self contained and is now offering Breakfast (all day), Brunch and Lunch. Look for the extended hours and expanded menu. Stop by to visit with Uncle Jimmy!

Uncle Jimmy's will be at the Winter Palooza Saturday Dec. 5th 12 to 4 pm. At The Reserve At Homosassa Springs 8975 W. Halls River Road, Homosassa. There will be Live Music, Arts, Yard Sale, Prizes and New Model Open House. Everyone Welcome!

Uncle Jimmy's will open on October 5, 2020 at our new location 1104 NE 5th Street, Crystal River at O'Reilly Auto Parts Store. Our hours are 9:30 am to 3:00 pm - Monday through Friday (weather permitting). We look forward to seeing you!

Uncle Jimmy has Semi-Retired! Thank you to all of our wonderful customers. You made it a pleasure to serve you and we will miss seeing you. The plan is for Uncle Jimmy's to join the Gulf to Lake Church Sports Complex. Plans are to open mid September. Check or page for updates. Hope to see you there!
