We had the sincere pleasure of attending the Police Academy graduation yesterday evening to watch one of our own, a member of the Mimi’s Bakehouse family, graduate and take his oath to become a Citrus County Sherrif. This amazing young man worked his tail off to achieve his dream of helping our community. Brandon, we are so proud of you. It has been wonderful to be present in your life and watch you grow. You are going to do amazing things and we are so grateful that we are more than friends. We are proud to call you family. Congratulations Sir, the best is yet to come. You embodie all of the character qualities of an excellent officer. You have worked so hard. You certainly deserve all good things. We love you.

We also have lots of freshly baked mini cakes, brownies, black forest bundt cakes, Lemon Supreme Cheesecake, Cake Jars, Dot cakes, scones, pastries galore and so much more.
