In honor of Henry, every donation placed this week will be entered to win a $20 store credit. $5 gets you one entry, $10 get you two, etc. I’ll also include my Venmo link below if you’d like to donate without the processing fees. Every donation gets placed into a separate account until it gets sent to the Children’s Hospital in Henry’s name.

You guys amaze me. Just an hour into the market, I was sold out of my Henry Honey Wheat loaves with more of you still showing up asking for one. Through our Henry loaves and the donation box, we’ve raised $91 for Advocate Children’s Hospital. 🤯

Bake days for next week have been added and the Henry loaf is available! Next week I’ll be doing two bake days- a small menu at the Olive Tap for pickup on 10/3 (the Oktoberfest loaf is back!!!) and our LAST outdoor market of the season on 10/4 (larger market menu).

If you’d like to donate in Henry’s honor in addition to or without purchasing, a separate menu item has been added for donations. 100 percent of these funds will be donated in Henry’s name. Thank you for keeping my family in your prayers the last few months and thank you for remembering Henry with us! 🩵🦆

I’ve been testing loaf after loaf, trying to find something good enough to memorialize Henry on my menu. Well, after more than a month, it’s finally here. Introducing Henry’s Honey Wheat 🍯

I’ve tried cheeses, herbs, even special seasoning blends. You name it. Finally, I went back to basics, and with a little help from Jo at Rainey Dough Co. , I think I nailed it.

This loaf is made with all organic ingredients and freshly milled flour. It’s a classic that’s loved by many—sweet and cozy, just like our sweet Henry.

And the best part? All profits from Henry’s Honey Wheat will be donated to Advocate Children’s Hospital in his name, to support the NICU that cared for him.

This loaf will be making its debut this Sunday at our market. It feels like the perfect timing, as this was supposed to be our last market before maternity leave. It’s also the last week of NICU Awareness Month before we head into October, which is Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month.

Henry’s Honey Wheat will not be available for preorder this week—just first come, first served. But I’m hoping to get it on the site next week!

I jumped the gun and added apple crisp scones to the market menu before I realized I had stocked up on all of my strawberry rhubarb ingredients before my time away from the bakery. I need your help clearing out these ingredients before I switch things up!

This weekend at the Dole Mansion will be the LAST chance for strawberry rhubarb scones. This scone flavor is one of my favorites and it deserved a much longer run this year. Grab them while you can! They do freeze wonderfully if you’d like to stock up.

Remember when I said we’d be back to our regular schedule next weekend? I lied 😬

I totally forgot that next weekend is our first weekend back at the market! So while I won’t be doing my usual preorders at The Olive Tap, I’ll be offering preorders for the market at The Dole Mansion. Once the market winds down, I plan to keep my weekly orders at The Olive Tap. I just wanted to keep it simple for our first market back!

The Redhead team is going camping for Labor Day weekend! I grew up camping but this is a first for my kiddos and I can’t wait for them to experience it.

You might have noticed a slight change on the pick up day this week. For just this weekend, pickup is on Friday instead of Saturday. This also means that TODAY is the last day to place your orders! We’ll be back to our normal schedule next week.

To my long-time customers, thank you for being here. Thank you for always allowing me the opportunity to put my family first, since that’s what this is all for. Thank you for the kind messages and check-ins over the last couple months. And thank you for welcoming me back. To my new customers, welcome! I’m so glad you’re here and I love having the opportunity to bake for you and your loved ones. ❤️

Welcome back! 🥳

After two months of no baking, I am finally feeling ready to return. My first day for pickup will be next Saturday, August 22nd. For this first day back, I’ll be keeping it simple with classic loaves, jalapeño cheddar, and rosemary garlic— the fan favorites! As I ease back into things, I hope to bring back more of your favorite items.
