Coffee Fact Friday: For most healthy adults, the FDA cites 400mg of caffeine per day (roughly two to three 12-ounce cups of coffee) as an amount not generally associated with negative effects. Good evening!! I wanted to send out a couple reminders tonight.

We are open Friday, Saturday and Sunday from 8am to 3pm. Looking forward to seeing everyone 🙂

Tuesday, October 13 from 12-6, and Wednesday October 15 from 10-3 we will
be serving up a comfort food special of dry rubbed ribs (sauce on side) and a country baked bean (a blend of beans, beef, bacon, onions, green peppers and seasonings-a delicious combination that is a meal in itself!!). Pre-sales are available, but not necessary.

ALSO… Friendsgiving is October 24 from 10:30-3 and October 25 from 10:30-3a or until sold out. Our Friendsgiving meal is a delicious combo of homemade dressing, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, green beans, turkey, cranberries and gravy. Pre-sales are available but not necessary. However, prepaying does secure your meal. We have sold out each year we have served these meals. 😁

Happy Saturday! Sun is out and we are ready to serve you!

Cinnamon rolls today-yum yum

Soups are Chicken Lemon Rice and Chili- feels like fall and nothing brings more comfort on a fall day for me than a bowl of chili.

Reminder that our next comfort meal will be Ribs and my special baked beans (the beans alone are a meal in themselves…). The meal will be on October 13 and 14 (you can pre-order if you wish- or simply purchase in house.

Also FRIENDSGIVING is just around the corner!! It will be October 24 and 25. We will have homemade cornbread and sausage dressing, mashed potatoes, sweet potatoes, green beans, cranberry sauce, turkey and gravy. Just like the old days. You can pre-order or simply purchase when you get here (however, we do sell out….)

On a happy note- I believe I have found a new plant butter!! I have been happy with the test results and we are starting to rebuild our DF and vegan products. Bagels should even be back later today or tomorrow 🙂
