As of 2013, we have two locations that are owned and operated by Underwoods. We strive to provide our customers with outstanding subs, sandwiches, and salads. August 23,2004 was our first day!! Today is our 22 year anniversary! Time flies when you are having fun!! (Except last week without power). Has it always been perfect….no! Do we learn something new every day…yes! Do we give it our best every day…absolutely!!! Thank you to my family for putting up with taking a back seat to the restaurant!! Thank you to every employee who has became like family both current and former! Most importantly thank you to every single customer for allowing us to be on this magical ride! You guys are amazing! We hope to see you all soon and serve you up for another 22 or more!! ❤️🥳🎉🙏🏻

Thanks again to everyone that stopped in and supported our business again today!! We are so appreciative of all of you. Liz and Teralyn have been warriors too. Working in terrible conditions…hot, stepping over extension cords, working with no lights or ac! Also thanks to my staff for being so patient and checking in on us. It was good to see some of you yesterday and today!!It sucks, but hopefully we are getting close to being back !

Power Outage Day 6….While 95% of businesses in CP are back we are sadly still running on our generator! Another day of winging it. Come see us and support us if you can!! We sold out of macaroni salad, potato salad, and deviled eggs yesterday and won’t be making another batch until we have full power back!

Another day running our store off a generator!!! We thank you all so much for the support these last few days!! We have the best customers, family, and friends! Usually we are closed on Sunday, but we will be open tomorrow for a while too. If we get power back tonight we will run a full normal day, and get our crew back to work!!! If not we will keep winging it!! Thanks to Mike for supporting our business 3 days this week during the outage!!!

Thank you all for another great day!!! We are really appreciative of all the support the last few days!! We are really winging it and appreciate the patience with our limited menu!! You guys are awesome!! We will be back winging it tomorrow unless by some miracle we get power back overnight!! Side note we have loved having time to chat with you all about your storm stories and everyone has been so nice and understanding!!❤️❤️

Storm update…you guys were amazing yesterday!!! We will be operating the same today. Cold sandwiches/ pop/ Snapple/water/cold salads/ deviled eggs/ pies/ cookies/brownies. We found a way to run credit/debit transactions too!! So come on out from 10-4 today. We will have good tunes and ready to share and listen to storm stories again!! Stay safe!! ❤️
