The Blue Pig Ice Cream All homemade locally sourced ice cream. Eat at our patio garden outside. Our ice cream is made from milk/cream from Hudson Valley Fresh dairy co-op.

It is free of hormones and antibiotics. Fruits and herbs are sourced from local farms (and even our own garden!) along with maple syrup and honey too. Homemade toppings like hot fudge, fresh whipped cream, and spiced/toasted nuts are available daily. Pints, quarts, cakes, novelties are available to-go.

Have you tried our newest creation? We made blackberry SHERBET!! Lately we have had a lot of customers that cannot have egg (all of our traditional ice cream contains egg) but that do not need a non-dairy or vegan option - welcome sherbet which contains a small amount of dairy (we used organic milk) but no egg! See the second photo for more information about the differences between sorbet and sherbet!

Wow! What a weekend 😮‍💨 Looks like you all ate literally everything we made! We WILL be OPEN tomorrow 6/16 regular hours BUT we will have VERY limited dairy ice cream available - and on a positive note there will be an abundance of sorbet and vegan options!! Nicole is working hard today making blackberry sorbet, passion fruit sorbet & a new special flavor…Bergamont sorbet! We get our milk delivery Tuesday morning & will be back in action with a full lineup of regular ice cream on Wednesday! Thanks for your patience and understanding!
