Thank you for the purpose found in early mornings, the perspective gained in late-night reflections, the sold-out days, the lessons learned, the opportunity to serve our communities, and the people we met along the way.

To the customers who came back for seconds, recommended us to a friend, or simply stopped to chat while waiting for an order—thank you. To the organizers who trusted a growing food truck with a spot at your event—thank you for believing in us and giving us a chance.

We’re not the same food truck that started this month—and that’s a good thing. We’ve learned, we’ve grown, and we’ve discovered even more reasons to love what we do. Every conversation, challenge, and opportunity has shaped us along the way.

Some towns just feel alive ✨

Yesterday in Somerville, every street corner had a story. The sound of bike wheels flying past storefronts. Families lined up on the sidewalks. Kids playing. Crowds cheering.

There’s something special about the Tour of Somerville. It’s not just a race — it’s tradition. History. Community. A reminder that on Memorial Day weekend, we still know how to come together.

And while the day is full of excitement and celebration, we also recognize what this weekend means. Freedom, community, gathering together — none of it exists without sacrifice. We’re grateful for those who served and continue to serve so moments like yesterday are even possible.

Happy birthday to the guy behind Cassidy’s Kitchen ♊️🔥

The one running on little sleep, big ideas, and an unhealthy amount of caffeine. The guy who turned a dream into a food truck, long nights into even earlier mornings, and “maybe someday” into something real.

Rob pours his heart into every event, every burger, every conversation at the window, and every crazy idea we somehow say yes to at the last minute. Cassidy’s Kitchen wouldn’t be what it is without the passion, grit, and personality behind it all.

If you’ve ever chased a dream while balancing work, life, stress, self-doubt, and about 47 other things at once… you get it. Building something from the ground up isn’t glamorous every day, but it’s worth it when you see people show up, support you, and believe in what you’re creating.

So today, we celebrate the guy behind the grill. Here’s to another year of growth, good food, community, and continuing to build something special together 🥳

Catch us at Stomp & Stride at Booterbeer Brewing Company for burgers, brews, and a whole lotta steppin'. Don't miss it...ya'll means ALL! 🍔🍺🤠

We’re back at it again with Stomp and Stride line dancing on Friday June 19 from 6-9pm. All ages are welcome. The cost of line dancing is $10 while the brewery remains open to all with no cover charge. Cassidy's Kitchen will be here serving mouthwatering smash burgers, chicken sandwiches, fries & MORE! Boot scoot your way over to Booterbeer and come line dance with us outside under the stars on our farm for a beautiful event. Doors open to the brewery at 3pm.

What a day at Pennington Day! ☀️🍔

For our first time being part of it, we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The weather was perfect, the turnout was incredible, and the energy all day long was amazing 🤩

Huge thank you to for having us and to every single person who stopped by the truck, grabbed a burger, said hello, waited in line, or supported us today. Seeing both familiar faces and meeting so many new people made the whole day special.

We’re beyond grateful and already hoping we get to do it all again next year ❤️
