FALL FLAVORS
As many of you know, almost all of Bluebird's ice cream flavors are white, beige, and brown because Bluebird NEVER uses any artificial colors. However, when I make ice cream with fruit, the fruit will naturally dye the ice cream. Therefore, the Real Pumpkin is orange because it's made with the actual pumpkin, not just pumpkin spice, and the Blueberry Swirl is blue because it's made with real organic blueberries. These two flavors, accompanied by Almond Macaroon, make an incredibly delicious combination of fall flavors, all surrounded by a fresh homemade waffle cone.
Today is going to be on the cool side, so if you don't enjoy your ice cream with these temps, please remember that Bluebird serves the best coffee in the area made on the top-of-the-line espresso maker (La Marzocco).
