What we do here at the roastery is only part of the process. Someone planted the coffee trees, someone picks the cherries, someone dries and processes them- the list could go on.

My latest obsession has been adding cold foam to everything!
So here’s how I make mine!

2 TBS Heavy Cream
2 tsp Milk
1/2 tsp Maple Syrup(more if you like a sweeter foam)
Dash of salt

Whisk to your desired thickness!
You can also mix larger batches and store in the refrigerator for up to a week!

I think it’s amazing that we remember Jesus death and resurrection in a season when nature too is bursting out of the grave of winter!
