Before I remind you about all the fun stuff, a quick heads up: Northern Grind will be closing early today at 10:30 AM. I have a procedure scheduled as my doctors continue trying to get a handle on a Crohn's flare. Thank you for your patience and understanding while I take care of my health so I can keep taking care of all of you. ❤️

💐 OUR BIGGEST WEDDING YET 💐

This weekend, our team will be creating, delivering, installing, and celebrating one of the largest weddings we have ever designed.

To make it all happen, we will be closing at 12 PM on Friday and will be closed all day Saturday as we bring this incredible floral vision to life.

✨ Follow along for a behind-the-scenes look at the flower processing, design work, installations, and all the details that go into creating wedding day magic.

For those with orders already scheduled, rest assured that all deliveries and events will be taken care of as planned.

☕ Northern Grind Coffee House Update ☕

I know many of you have been asking about the new coffee hut, so I wanted to share the latest update.

I received another email from the Minnesota Department of Health today. The good news is that there are only a handful of plans ahead of ours in the review queue, and the assigned reviewer will contact me directly once they begin reviewing our application.

At this point, I have become very familiar with the Plan Review team's voicemail and inbox. 😅 I have been calling and emailing every few days looking for updates because I'm just as anxious to get the new hut open as all of you are. Unfortunately, this part of the process is completely out of my hands, so for now... we wait.

Trust me when I say that everything on my end is ready to go. I've poured a lot of time, energy, and heart into this project, and I cannot wait to finally serve you all from our new space.

Thank you for your patience, encouragement, and continued support while we work through the final steps. This little coffee shop exists because of this incredible community, and I appreciate every single one of you.

As soon as I have an official reopening date, you'll hear it from me immediately (and probably from me shouting it from the rooftops). ☕🎉

Until then, we're still here serving you from our current location.

We're close. I know it doesn't always feel like it, but we're getting there. ❤️
