🦀 Dock Worker/ Backup Driver Wanted – Independent Crab Company ⚓️
📍 206 S 10th St, Crisfield, MD 21817
We’re a locally owned seafood business located right on the marina in Crisfield, MD, and we’re looking to add a reliable Dock Worker to our team.
This position is primarily dock and warehouse based, working hands-on with crabs and oysters. In addition, this role will serve as a backup driver when needed, so must be able to pass a DOT physical and obtain a DOT card.

Primary Responsibilities:
• Dock and warehouse operations
• Handling and moving bushels of crabs and oysters
• Assisting with daily seafood operations
• Backup driving duties as needed (DOT required)
Requirements:
• Dependable and honest
• Motivated with a positive attitude
• Good communication skills
• Physically able to handle bushels of crabs and oysters (50lbs)
• Willing to work 6 days per week during blue crab season (April–November)
• Experience with hard crabs preferred, but not required
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to pass a DOT physical
• Commercial driving experience preferred, not required
