The spirits are high, and it’s finally time to raise a glass to the memories made at Rambling Rose and the exciting times waiting just around the corner. Change is the best vintage, after all! 🍷

Reflecting on an Incredible Journey...

Nov 2023 to Dec 2025 has been a time of music, magic, and memories!

While our journey at the Hoekwil premises concluded on 12 December 2025, the spirit of Rambling Rose lives on in the friendships we’ve made. We wish to clarify that Rambling Rose will have no involvement in any future ventures at the old Hoekwil site.

Our deepest gratitude to:

The musicians and DJs who kept us dancing.

The clubs and private parties we were honored to host.

Our dedicated team: Sharon, Yvonne, Candice, Gayle, Mary-Anne, Tanya, Thelma, Jethro, Emile, Juri, David and Theresa.

Rosie sends her love to all the friends and family who made this journey so special. "Let the magic of love brighten our smiles and enlighten our souls."

💔 A Heartfelt Farewell to Hoekwil 🌹

Dearest Patrons and Friends of Rambling Rose,

It is with heavy hearts and tear-filled eyes that we announce the end of our beautiful journey here in Hoekwil.

For the past 2 years, Rambling Rose has been more than just a restaurant; it has been a true community hub a place built on good food, great laughs, and countless cherished memories.
This chapter is closing because the owner of our building has sold the property and will be pursuing another business on these premises.

Our final day of trading will be this Friday, 12 December.

Rose and her staff wish to thank every single person who has walked through our doors. Your support, your patronage, and your friendship have meant the world to her. Thank you for truly making her and the RR staffs dream a reality.

A special and generous thank you must also go to Carole Durrant and Biance Ralph from Cabesa Gallery for their amazing support, and of course ALL our local artists affording Rambling Rose the pleasure of having such magnificent local art pieces on display. Be sure to follow Cabesa Gallery.

We invite you to join us this week to share your favourite memories and say a final goodbye. Let’s make these last few days special.

New Trading Hours:
Effective 1.12.2025 (week days closed)
Friday 5:30p - 8:00 PM (kitchen close)
Saturday 12:00 PM (Noon) 8:00 PM (kitchen close)
Sunday 11:30 AM 2:00 PM (kitchen close)
The times listed for Kitchen Close are the last time we will be taking food orders.
