New pizza coming out tonight. Why, well pizza is great and adding beautiful toppings is just even better.

Prosciutto, fresh burrata cheese, Kalamatta olives, fresh basil, and hot honey to top puts this at the top of the list.

Pistachio ice cream is made and we are gonna try our hand at spumani once again soon, but feel free to try it by itself.

See you for dinner....

Fricase de pollo w/ plantains

Citrus marinated chicken braised in white wine, tomatoes, carrots, olives, and Cuban spices.
Haven't said it a while but it's a banger.....

You could go white or red wine with this dish, or grab a bottle of both, it's Wednesday.

We are ready for you, are you ready for us???

Ground filet meatloaf, duck fat sautéed green beans, and mash potatoes that you'll fight trying not to smack yo momma. Don't forget the house made tomato jam. Take a look at the plants the tomatoes came from while you walk in.
Think about the wine you are gonna drink at half price.
And whatever you do, don't skip on the raspberry creme brulee.
Please hold back the momma smacking with these delicious treats.

Up next in our ice cream portfolio will be mixed berry (blackberry, raspberry, blueberry). Thank you Terri K for the lovely raspberries. Since you were so generous we think a raspberry and lavender honey creme brulee will be in the works for wine Wednesday tomorrow.
Our filet scrap meatloaf in the works as well. Eat better you beautiful human beings ❤️.
