A few of this week’s drink specials: Chocolate Malt Mocha (brand new! read about it below) & Rainbow Sherbet Energy (a returning favorite)…

The Chocolate Malt Mocha (shoutout The Nitro Bar for the inspo) combines rich dutched chocolate sauce & real malted milk powder with espresso and milk for a creamy and smooth beverage reminiscent of a Chocolate Malt Milkshake. We top it with a malted chocolate cold foam & it’s the perfect nostalgic treat. ✨

Fun fact: My dad worked at a drugstore soda fountain in high school in the 1960’s & Chocolate Malt Milkshakes were one of the popular drinks at the time! That was my only prior context for malt before playing with this recipe, & I have to say I am a big fan. I’m not usually a mocha lover, but the malted milk powder adds some really special complexity, resulting in a unique sweet-savory flavor that is surprising & craveable.

Our house lime is a labor of love that takes over 3 hours to create from start to finish. 🍋‍🟩

Using a combination of macerating & juicing, then blending & straining, every bit of tart, flavorful goodness is extracted from the limes, and the result is an ultra-concentrated component that is the building block for our lime menu items. ✨

The new lime drinks are some of our personal favorites, but be warned - they don’t do play well with any adjustments/modifications, they only really work true to their recipes!
