Twenty-five years ago, a Greek immigrant opened what would become his final restaurant after nearly three decades serving the Chicagoland area. Mickey’s Gyros found its new home in Crest Hill, just outside of Joliet.

In 2014, we said goodbye to our beloved husband, father, grandfather, and friend, Bill Baffes. Since then, our family has continued to honor his vision of serving delicious Chicago-style food to everyone who walks through our doors.

As we celebrate this special 25-year milestone in Crest Hill, we recognize that none of this would be possible without our incredible staff, who have become family and our loyal customers, who have become dear friends.

We cannot thank you enough for these 25 amazing years of support, love, and memories you have given us. We look forward to serving you, your family, and Crest Hill for many more years to come.
