THIS WEEK AT BLACK SHEEP

This week we're bringing out some serious Polish comfort food.

GULASZ Z KOPYTKAMI

Tender, slow-cooked pork simmered in a rich, savory gravy with onions, herbs and spices, served over traditional Polish kopytka — soft potato dumplings that were basically made for soaking up every last bit of that gravy.

POLISH MUSHROOM SOUP

A rich, hearty Polish-style mushroom soup loaded with mushrooms and served with cavatappi pasta. Simple, comforting and exactly the kind of soup you want a big bowl of.

THURSDAY ONLY – CABBAGE ROLLS

Our homemade gołąbki are back Thursday. Get them while they last.

AND YES,
THE SANDWICHES ARE STAYING.

We’ve got a seriously Polish lineup this week, plus one of our newest Black Sheep creations hitting the menu.

Kotlety Mielone + Mizeria

Classic Polish comfort food! Juicy Polish-style ground meat cutlets paired with cool, creamy cucumber mizeria.
Served with fresh Russet Mashed Potatoes.

🍲 Rosół – Polish Chicken Noodle Soup
The Polish answer to chicken noodle soup. Rich, delicate, comforting, homemade and exactly what rosół is supposed to be.

🥪 NEW – Black Sheep Philly Cheesesteak
Our newest sandwich has officially landed! Marinated and roasted beef, sliced thin with green peppers, onions and Swiss cheese, piled onto our fresh house-baked bread. It’s a Philly... after Black Sheep got done overengineering it.

🥬 THURSDAY ONLY – Cabbage Rolls
You know the drill. Gołąbki Thursday. Get them while we have them!

🏆 THE SANDWICH WAR HAS A WINNER!

After one heck of a battle:

Ethan’s Polish Melt – 83 sold – 53.5%
Tanya’s Breakfast Burrito – 72 sold – 46.5%

🏆 ETHAN’S POLISH MELT TAKES THE WIN!

But with Tanya pulling 46.5% of the vote, clearly you guys still love that breakfast burrito. And to be quite honest... so do I.

So, until further notice, BOTH sandwiches are staying on the menu!

Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich
We took the classic Philly cheese steak and did it the Black Sheep way - a little over-engineered.
Our beef is marinated and slow roasted with a rich blend of aromatics, herbs, and spices, then sliced thin and piled onto our fresh-baked house bread with sauteed green peppers, onions, and Swiss cheese.
It’s our take on a Philly - familiar enough to know what you’re getting, but definitely Black Sheep!

WE MAY HAVE OVERDONE IT AGAIN...

NEW WEDNESDAY -

THE BLACK SHEEP PHILLY

Could we have just sliced up some beef, thrown it on a roll, added cheese and called it a Philly?

Sure.

Did we?

Of course not.

We marinate and roast the beef with a ridiculous blend of aromatics, herbs and spices, slice it thin, then load it onto our fresh-baked house bread with green peppers, onions and melted Swiss cheese.

It's a Philly... if Black Sheep got ahold of it and over-engineered the whole thing.
(try it with our horseradish sauce)

First one hits the counter WEDNESDAY.

SOUP WEATHER OR NOT?

FRENCH ONION SOUP
Rich, savory, loaded with deep onion flavor and topped the way French onion soup deserves to be.

TOMATO SOUP + POLISH NOODLES
Comfort food went Polish. Our tomato soup gets Polish noodles, and you can pair it with a grilled cheese made on POLISH RYE.

Yes. Grilled cheese on Polish rye dunked into tomato soup. You know what to do.

KOCIOLEK - ALL WEEK, UNTIL YOU EAT IT ALL.

Cabbage. Potatoes. Home-style bacon. Polish sausage. Onions.

Simple ingredients that somehow turn into one seriously good bowl of Polish comfort food.

We're making it for the week. When it's gone, it's gone.

AND THURSDAY...

CABBAGE ROLLS.

That's it. That's the announcement.

Another week, another lineup of homemade Polish favorites!

Our Fresh Polish Sausage is back!
We make it the traditional way and serve it with our homemade sauerkraut, rye bread, and mustard. Simple, authentic, and packed with flavor—just the way it should be.

We also have two delicious homemade pierogi desserts this week!

🫐 Blueberry Pierogi topped with our warm homemade blueberry sauce.

🍰 Sweet Cheese Pierogi served with a side of cool sour cream.
Whether you're craving something fruity or creamy, you really can't go wrong.

To warm you up, we're serving our rich and creamy
Baked Potato Soup, loaded with all the flavors of a classic baked potato—comfort food in every spoonful.

Thursday Only: Our homemade
Gołąbki (Polish Cabbage Rolls)
are back! Tender cabbage leaves stuffed with our traditional meat and rice filling, slow-simmered in tomato sauce and served just like Grandma used to make them. They always sell out, so be sure to stop in early!

As always, everything is made with care, using family recipes and plenty of homemade goodness.
