Biancoverde Pizza… First we brush our dough with roasted garlic oil, then top with pecorino, shredded mozzarella, fresh mozzarella, and Parmesan and bake till bubbling hot. Then we top with creamy ricotta, a dusting of crushed red pepper, a drizzle of hot honey, some lemon zest and arugula.

It’s been a hot week in the kitchen and at times, Carmine and I may have been hallucinating… which led to some interesting ideas that we can’t wait to share with you in the coming weeks. We made it through though and we are taking a much-needed break today. We will be back at it with Stifler’s Mom tomorrow. Be safe! Happy Birthday America! 🇺🇸
