Turns out, we’ve been folding a little fall into our menu all year.

Watch our team tuck spiced roasted butternut squash into each samosa, one fold at a time.

That crisp outer shell gives way to a warmly spiced filling that feels especially right when sweater weather comes around.

That’s how we’re introducing our Sweet Potato Chaat at Chaska this fall. A little surprise at the table, followed by fire-roasted sweet potatoes with browned edges, tangy chutney, crisp crunch, and juicy pops of pomegranate.

It’s part of our new Chai & Chaat specials… a good excuse to turn a quick stop at Garden City into a relaxing lunch or dinner.

Try the sweet potatoes, share a Berry Bhel Puri, and settle in with a fragrant Masala Chai.

🍵 We bring that same care to our other house-made infusions, using ingredients like hibiscus, mint, honey, lemongrass, elderflower, chamomile, hyssop, and holy basil to create distinctive flavors in our organic teas, cocktails, and mocktails.

We could buy the syrups.
We’d rather make them ourselves.

That means we get to shape the flavor from the beginning, and you get a drink with a little more care behind every sip.
