Monday Blues: Equipment Failures & Business Challenges

To our amazing Urban Burger Community ,

We sincerely apologize to everyone who was unable to enjoy our milkshakes this weekend. We know our milkshakes have become a staple for many of you over the years, and we understand how disappointing it was to hear that we couldn’t fulfill those orders.

Due to unforeseen circumstances and an unexpected equipment malfunction that was completely out of our control, we had no choice but to turn guests away. Please accept our heartfelt apologies as we work diligently to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

We hope you’ll continue to support and patronize us during this challenging time. As a small business, the battles we face behind the scenes can sometimes feel overwhelming, but we remain committed to showing up every day and giving our community the very best we have to offer.

Thank you for your patience, understanding, and continued loyalty. Urban Burger is more than just a restaurant to us. We truly believe we are an extension of this community, and your support means more than words can express.
