BREAKING NEWS!!
This week's schedule will be altered due to a special event!
We will be Green Valley Hunters Paradise for the Tri-State Cross Country Series race in beautiful Millboro Va.
We will be on site Friday evening, all day Saturday, and until the last race has concluded on Sunday. Come out and enjoy the scenery and the sound of screaming dirt bikes!
Friday we will be offering dinner. Saturday we will be offering breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Sunday we will be offering breakfast and lunch.
Breakfast menu will consist of biscuits and gravy, and bacon egg and cheese biscuits.
Lunch and dinner menu will be the following...
Pulled Pork
Smoked Brisket
Smoked Baby Back Ribs
Smoked Chicken Leg Quarters
Smoked Burgers
Hotdogs with Unbridled Chili
Baked Beans
Mac&Cheese
Cole Slaw
Chesapeake Corn on the Cob
Mama's Banana Pudding
Yum Yum Getcha Some!!!!

ATTENTION SOUL FAMILY!!!

Soooooo....we messed up. We shared a little bit of our secret sauce with couple of customers recently. Immediately after, one of them booked us for a private event and strongly requested enough of the sauce to share with their guests. Now....this sauce isnt something that we normally do in large batches, however we figured that if we had to make a batch fir the event, we may as well make some to share with the Soul Family!
Until supplies run out... we will be offering " Soul's Gold" to those in the know. You will have to request it when you order. "Soul's Gold" is our mustard based, sweet and tangy sauce that we normally keep for our private stash. We are at the YMCA on Coalter St today, so come and get it!

ATTENTION SOUL FAMILY!!!

HAPPY MOTHERS DAY!
We had a customer request a special treat for their Mothers Day celebration, so we decided to do a Sunday Special. Today only....we will be offering our bacon wrapped chicken thighs. We start out with jumbo thighs. They are dry rubbed with our KC spice blend, wrapped in bacon, and left to marinade overnight. They are currently being smoked over Hickory, and when they come off, they will be brushed with our Unbridled sauce. Treat mom to something a little different!

We have plenty of Pulled Pork, Brisket, Ribs, and Pulled Chicken, and yes we have all of our homemade sides to include potato salad, and mama's banana pudding!
We will be cooking chicken leg quarters on site Friday, Saturday and Sunday. We have been selling out of both batches of quarters before we open, so if you know you are going to want some fresh smoked chicken, call early and reserve your order.
