All good things must come to an end. That being said, Inspirado will come to an end Saturday night. There are a multitude of reasons that brought us to this very difficult decision. It’s been the gift of a lifetime for me to cook in my own place and get to serve the community in which I live, Covington. I’ve been lucky enough to see my neighborhood grow and begin to truly thrive. The staff that we have, those that have come and gone will never be forgotten. You have become part of my family, you know who you are. We are still here for you this week. Stop in this week and enjoy your favorite dish, cocktail, wine, beer, whatever you like and say your goodbyes, and celebrate the next chapter with us. It is with much love I say thank you.
