g on this trend, Bob was able to establish Club Chef as Castellini Group of Companies’ fresh-cut provider. Operating out of state-of-the-art 210,000 square foot facility based in Covington, KY, Club Chef processes a wide variety of fruits and vegetables seven days a week – 24 hours per day. For over 30 years, Club Chef’s core values and principles have not changed.
