We pride ourselves on providing you the freshest and finest ingredients. Customize your meal exactly how you want and pay by the pound. Our salad bar contains over 100 items to choose from, including lots of greens, fresh ingredients, and over a dozen dressings! Our soups feature favorites like baked potato, broccoli cheese, and chicken noodle, as well as seasonal winners like the always-popular crawfish pepperjack! Check out the hot bar for baked potatoes and sweet potatoes, as well as a rotating menu of dishes like spaghetti & meatballs, baked bone-in chicken, and macaroni & cheese! We're located at the intersection of Hwy 21 and Greenbrier Blvd, in Covington, LA, behind Diaz Market. Our motto is "Fresh-Full-Clean-Kind", and we look forward to welcoming you in. Long before Salad Station, our family’s story began with Joe, Scott’s grandfather and Luizza Farms, continued through his daughter, Cindy and Berrytown Produce, and eventually inspired Scott to create the Salad Station you know today. For generations, agriculture has shaped our appreciation for fresh food, hard work, and the people who make it all possible!

That’s what makes Farmers Week so meaningful to us. It’s an opportunity to honor where we came from and give back to the farming communities that have always been at the heart of our story.
