Meet Chef Austin Kirzner, Executive Chef of Southern Hotel & The Gloriette.

A New Orleans native with more than two decades of Gulf South culinary experience, Chef Austin brings a deep respect for Louisiana tradition paired with a refined, modern approach.

His career has taken him through some of the region’s most celebrated kitchens, including Brennan’s, Commander’s Palace, Café Adelaide, Red Fish Grill, and Covey Rise Lodge..shaping a style rooted in seasonal ingredients, thoughtful technique, and true Southern hospitality.

At The Gloriette and Southern Hotel, Chef Austin is focused on creating memorable dining experiences that bring people together through incredible food, a strong sense of place, and genuine connection.
